Important info:
You can book the whole villa (3 bedrooms, max 6 people) starting in April until October.
Please note that we do not rent out single rooms, so please only reach out if you would like to rent the whole house.
Stays for a total of 5 or 6 nights: Ideally arrive on a Sunday or a Monday, and check out on Saturday.
You will need a car to reach the location (half an hour from Florence), and also to get around during your stay.
The house has a ground floor with an entrance, large kitchen, living & dining room, and 1st floor where the 3 bedrooms are located connected by a staircase. There are a total of 4 washrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the villa is rented as self-catering.

Fees 2025*:
Price per night: € 800 (5-6 night stays)
Final cleaning: € 250
Refundable deposit x breakables: € 1000
2% credit card booking fee

Every stay includes a complimentary cheese platter, a bottle of Sasso Rosso wine,
and a bottle of our Campo Sasso Olive oil.
You can add extra activities (max one per day) and we will then book them and get back to you with a schedule.

Booking policy:
75% of total to be paid at the moment of booking
25% due 6 weeks before start of stay
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation before 20 weeks: we retain 10% of the paid amount, you are refunded 90%
Cancellation at 20-12 weeks: we retain 50% of the paid amount, you are refunded 50%
Cancellation at 12-6 weeks: we retain 70% of the paid amount, you are refunded 30%
Cancellation at 6-4 weeks: we retain 85% of the paid amount, you are refunded 15%
Cancellation less than 4 weeks - or no-show: no refund

HOUSE RULES
Please treat Campo Sasso with the same respect as you would do your own home.
Please don’t rearrange furniture, don’t eat in the bedrooms, and clean the kitchen after you use it.
Please be mindful and make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors.
Please notice that the house is strictly to be enjoyed by your group of 2-6 registered guests. No parties, events, or other gatherings are permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
There are no off-limit areas around the house, however, do notice that the area in front of the cheese cellar and the garden patch around it will be in use for Grape Tours’ small group visitor activities during daytime.
