We’ll start with a visit to our cheese cellar, where you’ll learn about the art and science of cheese aging and its impact on flavor and texture.
Next, we’ll guide you through the essentials of cheese cutting—exploring the right tools, techniques, and methods for every type of cheese.
Together, we’ll assemble a beautiful cheeseboard, with each participant slicing and styling their own piece of cheese. Once complete, we’ll sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor, pairing the cheeseboard with fresh bread and a perfectly chosen glass of wine.

Hiking, Views & Cheese Bliss
Join us for a breathtaking guided walk through the Chianti countryside, starting from Campo Sasso. This scenic 7 km hike (approx. 2.5 hours) is suitable for all levels—no need for full hiking gear, just comfortable walking shoes!
Along the way, you'll discover the rich flora and fauna of the region while taking in panoramic views of the Valdarno Valley and Florence (weather permitting). We'll wrap up our adventure back at Campo Sasso with a delicious cheese platter featuring local specialties—paired with a few surprises!
