Full-day guided wine tour with Grape Tours
Let us (Grape Tours) pick you up and take you on a full day guided wine & food adventure. You can choose between the region of Chianti Classico (focus on red wines) and we'll take you through the region to see it's villages, castles, lovely wineries and enjoy a fantastic lunch at one of our favorite spots. If you are more curious about white wines, let us take you to San Gimignano where we can enjoy walking around this famous medieval village with its 13 towers. An interactive workshop where guests experience the magic of pizza-making—from dough to oven in just 90 seconds! Basket making
Join our skilled neighbor in a charming farmhouse near Campo Sasso for a hands-on basket-making experience. Over three relaxing hours, you'll learn traditional techniques while crafting your own basket. Enjoy warm conversation and a delightful “merenda” snack in her cozy home or scenic garden terrace. Go for a panoramic hike & wine tasting
Go for a loop on this self-guided hike which will take you to some of the most panoramic points and you will learn about the flora and fauna of Chianti Classico. Stop in at an organic winery with a tour & tasting. This is a great hike and it can be done on foot (one needs to be capable of hiking 4-3 miles on uneven terrain with good trainers) directly from Campo Sasso. If you prefer to just do the winery visit, it's just a few minutes drive to the winery. Dinner in the vineyard
During the warm summer months, one of the magic moments is the vineyard dinners that are available close by. LOCATION: Figline Val d'Arno (20 minutes drive) DURATION: 2.5 hrs COST 85 euro per person N.B. Please notice that this experience is only offered during the warmer summer months from mid June until mid September, and we can only confirm it if there is availability.

Visit a coffee roastery
Learn about Italian coffee culture at a local coffee roastery and see how coffee gets roasted. Prepare and taste espresso the Italian way. This experience is in the outskirts of Florence and fits well with a trip into town to visit museums, go shopping, etc. LOCATION: Florence (half an hours drive) DURATION: 1 hr COST: 50 euro per person

Go truffle hunting
