We’ll begin with an introduction to how cheese is made, from fresh milk to the final aged masterpiece. You’ll learn about the different types of milk—cow, sheep, and goat—and how they influence texture and taste. We’ll also explore the key factors in cheesemaking, such as cultures, aging, and regional traditions that make Italian cheeses so unique.
A Taste of Tradition
Next, we’ll dive into the world of Italian cheeses with a guided tasting of five carefully selected varieties.
